Shipping & Delivery
After we received your order we proceed to the shipping as fast as possible. All packages are properly accommodated before shipped ensuring that the package fills all your satisfaction.The shipping is done at Tuesdays and Fridays except holidays, sending by e-mail the code of the location. The shipment will only be done if the address provided is valid and resides in Portugal both mainland and islands, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, Gibraltar, England, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Sweden and Switzerland. Delivery is considered done after receipt of delivery being sign in the agreed address.
Furthermore if the costumer does not provide a name and complete address in case of loss or miscarriage we do not assume any type of responsibility.
Shipping rates and times:
Portugal and Islands: 10€. Free shipping above 250€. Europe: 15€. Free shipping above 250€.
The delivery time can go between 1 to 5 week days for in stock products due to place or delivery flow.
Payment Methods
ATM: In the purchase act you can choose ATM and will get entity, reference and sum to pay in any ATM close by (Only for portuguese bank accounts).MBWAY: You can pay with your phone using the MBWAY app (Only for portuguese bank accounts).

Bank Transfer: By bank transfer or direct deposit in our account. Please indicate the purchase number as transfer reference or deposit. Your package will not be sent until confirmation of payment.
Color & Sizes
The products advertised on the site are in compliance with the legislation at the time and the photographic images are as close to reality as possible and depending on your screen or device the color may appear slightly different.When a product with particular specifications is requested, you must first verify all information with us before placing the order, since the returns for technical reasons will be exclusive responsibility of the customer.
Prices & Tax

Interelife Lda reserves the right to refuse any order on the following reasons:- The product is not available/absence stock;
- The payment by bank-to-bank transfer was not received in a 3 week day’s deadline;
- The payment was done but the proof of payment was not send;
- The data of shipment/billing are not correct.
Returns & Trades
The costumer has up to 14 days after receiving the package to complain if detected damage or deficiency of the product ordered. The product mast remained in his origin condition without any sign of intensive use. The brand will analyze the product returned and will inform the client of his right of refund (in coupon). We recall that all of the products are reviewed when packing being the responsibility of the delivery company in case of a damaged package.The exchanging product must encounter in its original package and condition that was delivered combined with a copy off the bill. Interelife Lda does not accept trades sent by cash on delivery or makes returns of the product.
Will not be exchanged any product made by measure or exclusive.
Interelife Lda does not accept shipping rates except when is by quality defect.
We recommend that you check the measures guide that has in each item and the state of the article before returning being that they will be sent back and the return will be canceled.
Sales & Campaigns
Campaigns and promotions are valid only for the advertised period, except in case of spelling, price or other errors in the information on the site. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to such errors.In general, campaigns and promotions are not cumulative unless explicitly described.
